How we work (IN case of Water Mitigation):
Step 1: Our water mitigation team surveys the damage and sets up drying and monitoring equipment.
Step 2: We pack and store any items from the affected areas while the home or business is being restored.
Step 3: We remove any damaged materials, such as flooring and cabinets, while continuing to dry and monitor the environment.
Step 4: Once the drying and renovations are completed, we return the stored items to the home or business.
Step 5: We stay in constant, direct communication with the insurance company and carefully document all of the above steps.
